Sales Policy

Once a commitment is made to buy an animal, we ask for 25% of the purchase
price or a minimum of $100.00 as a non-refundable deposit within seven days of
signing a sales agreement. The goat(s) will be held  up to 30 days while shipping
arrangements and payments are worked out, with shipping costs, (ie. health
certificates and tests), the responsibility of the buyer. If goat(s) is /are not
picked up (unless prior arrangements have been made), boarding fees of $2 per
day will be applied.  If not picked up within 45 days, the goat(s) will remain the
property of Mini Inspirations Farm, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Breeder reserves the right to issue doe-only service memos at our discretion on
bred animals.

No animal will leave my possession until the full terms of the contract have been
met.  I reserve the right to cancel/void any transaction for any reason I deem
necessary.  This can be done up until the Bill of Sale/Transfer is signed.  Should I
choose to cancel any contract, the full amount of monies paid to date will be
refunded.

Shipping/transportation is the buyers responsibility, although I will do everything
I can to help.  If airline shipping is required, an additional fee for my transporting
the animal to the airport or pickup location must be paid in advance.  Any testing or
health permits requested, crates,  will be at buyers expense.

Animals are guaranteed healthy when they leave our farm. Since we cannot control
any stress that may occur as a result of shipping or the animals environment and
care once it leaves our farm, we cannot offer any further guarantees.

I will furnish to the buyer, registration papers if applicable or application for
registration and a signed transfer of ownership when the full purchase price is
paid.

It is our wish that you are happy with your purchase and we will do everything
